A little after 9:00pm I called Rebecca and congratulated her on her win for the Plainfield City Council seat for the 2nd and 3rd wards. I pledged to her my support in her fall campaign.
I will take a few days off, but will continue to fight for the issues that I have been fighting for these past years:
* Government transparency
* Efficiency in our government
* Greater community engagement
* Resulted-focused cooperation between the Council and administration
Finally, I want to thank all those who came out and helped on this campaign. You know who you are, and your support was invaluable to me and meant a lot to me.

It's about Plainfield...Not Politics
Welcome to my campaign blog site! The mission of this site to to present you with facts, facts you should know before making up your mind as to whom you will support.
My campaign is about letting people know that I am working for Plainfield... not it's political factions.
While political parties are necessary, they should not become the reason in itself. When we make political factions the reason for running, we loose sight of why we are in it: for the community we serve.
I have kept the focus on Plainfield, and not it's political fifedoms. I have chosen not to fight 20-year old political battles and I have chosen to work with everyone.
These philosophies have helped me accomplish a lot for you in my first four years. My blog will document as many of these accomplishments as I can put up.
